Add light to the map. Right now the map looks poor without it. You have a simple tutorial here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXzwRf8m4n0
Even if you already did you should work on it - it's too bright atm and lacks shadows.

so you say to place each weapon on the ground with spawnflags 2, coz game_player_equip doesn't allow me to put spawnflags 2
did you try the buyzone isolation method for weapon strip?
for me works that entity: just switch to smart edit
to deagle first add : weapon_deagle 0 - it gives fullammo if its not then add this key ; ammo_50AE 5;
for awp weapon_awp 0 ; ammo_338 3;
you dont need to mess with spawnflags i think so.
