CSP_oilrig development thread
Map name: csp_oilrig
Map game mode: Bomb defuse
Over the last couple of months, work was being done on an oil-rig themed map. Unfortunately, the mapper decided to go AWOL. This time, with the help from Improved, we will restart the project to hopefully deliver a good quality 'defuse' map for the CSP community. An aim that we would also like to achieve, is to create the map using custom new textures, models and particles, making it all CS:S content free.
Oil 'Rigged to Blow' - Bomb Defuse
Terrorists have infiltrated an oil rig, disguising themselves as new engineers on their 'first day of work'. They plan on sabotaging the main oil supplies to the West, in a bid to disrupt relations with the Middle-East.
Counter-Terrorists: Get to the mains of the oil supply before terrorists blow it up.
Terrorists: Blow up main oil supply lines.
Other Notes: There are 2 bomb sites in this mission.
- Create an industrial themed map (desired choice is an Oil Rig)
- Base the layout on de_cp_mill and (or) de_tuscan
- Limits and sizes to those of CS: 1.6 / CS: Promod

Beta testers from csp_oilrig2 will be given the opportunity to beta test this map. The names are as follows for beta testing:
