pink textures????????

when i start a game only can see is pink textures and blue sky....on places where box sholud be are big letters sayig ERROR and that is on every map same.....computer spec are vrey god and everything is up date.PLEASE HELP

2. Did you run Counter-Strike:Source on Steam at least once without any errors?
3. Did you run Source SDK Base 2006 on Steam at least once?
4. Does this error appear on more than one game server?
5. How many files have you got in your cspromod folder and how big (in megabytes) is it?
