I'm not a mapper and i do not know the methodology of map making but as you surely can notice, the maps are usually divided into 'sectors'.

The next thing you should do is go to csp_inferno and then do same. As you will surely notice you will se T spawn while standing on CT spawn not to mention seeing almost everything. The things you see are most probably all rendered even when wireframe is turned off. If I am correct then the reason for such low fps lies in this specific map making process and is most probably easy to fix for the mapper.

Also remember that inferno was supposed to be fixed in May afaik.
