Css hammer editor you should, when setting up the program use the cspromod.cfg which you can find in the cspromod folder?! Guys held me out here. Im on my phone cant look it up.

ok cool, so i just set it up through the tools > options bit

    tywm

    --- Update ---

I actually can not get it to work, anyone got any good detailed tutorial somewhere ?

I can not get it to work without errors , i got a deadly idea for a map that can easily be done in time and i think you will like it,

or can i use source settings then compile it or is there some sort of a tweaking involved

you can also use source settings just use the cspromod.cfg and compile the map to cspromod/maps instead of cstrike/maps

you actually look for the cspromod.fdg located in the steamapps/SourceMods/cspromod folder.

AFAIK the CSP FDG is just for aim maps, just map exactly as you normally would for CS:S and it should work perfectly in CSP.
