    Hey guys,

    Here is the overview of my map:

    And some screenshots:











    It's my first map on hammer, would have some ideas to improve it ^^

    You really need some proper lighting and more creative brushwork there... leave the blocky maps and fullbright for Quake 1 . Also a few of the textures are really stretched or a bit out of place.

    Take a look at how maps are done in CSS/CSP, and try to take a few lessons from them. And I can't stress enough how bad you need some lighting... even a blocky map will look 1000% better with some sexy lights to spice it up (don't make it like a strip club though).

    There is no lighting because those screenshots were taken in hammer.

    That's another point, don't take sreenshots from hammer to show the map :3

    I like the theme of the map, but it looks too blocky like Mith pointed out earlier and it looks so empty, theres so much space thats not used. You still need to work on the details, but your on a good way IMO d=.

    btw, the name doesn't fit the map

    Ok i will try to add some lighting, add some details and make the map less "blocky" ^^
    (And i took these screenshots with csp, not hammer n69ky)

    EDIT: Re-make bomb site b (i will add light_environment after ^^)

    no the map is realy dark. you may changed your brightness so you cant see it yourselfe.

    Btw i want to say that my screenshots are a little darker than the map in-game, dunno why ^^

    You're going to have to think of some reasons for those walls to be there, some houses or something perhaps
    You're doing it wrong.
