cspromod on steam store?

Just curious if cspromod will eventually be on the steam store in the mods section. It would be cool if it got on there when it was out of beta . It would be a good way for it to get even more exposure.

That's the plan, but it's not really up to the devs to decide that. They definitely do apply for a spot on Steamworks, but it's up to Valve to hand them a spot or not.

This thread is not about making CSPromod a stand-alone game; it's about making it a featured mod on Steamworks, much like other mods already supported by Valve, such as Minerva, Distopia, Insurgency, etc.

It would still be a modification, but it would be downloadable through Steam, and would update automatically (like Steam games already are), and would also be able to take advantage of a few Steam features such as Achievements/Player Statistics and others.
