USP Silencer

I'm not sure if this is considered a bug or not, but in 1.6, when you put on your USP silencer and switch guns quickly, you cannot shoot right away. It still takes the regular amount of time as if you were still putting on the silencer. In promod, you can switch guns while putting on the silencer, but then you are able to shoot immediately. Not a huge deal, but I thought I would point that out.

Well. Accutaly i think it's not a big diffrence and i just think it's better than orginial 1.6.

I don't necessarily thing its a big deal, but it is a huge difference. Go in 1.6, put your silencer on, quickswitch, and then try shooting immediately. You can't do it until the point of time when the actual silencer would have been on if you let the animation finish. And correct me if I am wrong, but in source I believe that when you quickswitch while putting on the silencer, the silencer doesn't even go on. I think the reason for liking the way 1.6 does it is because you don't have to watch the animation, but you still have to wait to shoot until the animation would have finished. Again, not a big deal, but it is a difference, just wondering if this difference was intentional or something that just slipped the mind.

That's how the silencer used to work a while back until valve fixed it... I remember mentioning to someone that i wish they brought it back to the way it was... and now it is that way. So I'm assuming it was intentional... But not sure.
