I'd just like to say that for the record, Alex is still calling the shots.

I'm sure this wasn't an easy decision for Alex and it's with a great deal of respect that I take on this responsibility.

I hope to make CSP what we all dream it can achieve, and I will be checking in with him a few times a week to make sure we stay on track.
