    Art Diary/Status [June 27]



    First draft, will complete it tomorrow, tired.

    Current list of tasks at hands for me!

    Work in progress:
    [N/A] Fix the shortcut icon generated by the "Create shortcut on desktop" from the mod options.

    Finished:
    [100%] New CSP-related ingame spray with the new logo symbol.
    [100%] New CSPromod logotype and symbol.
    [100%] CSPromod dev textures for mappers
    [100%] CSPromod ingame logo texture (new logo), different ways of splitting it. Symbol-only, text-only, both.


    ----- GUI -----
    Work in progress:
    [25%] Background image.

    Finished:

    In game & working:
    [100%] CSP logotype using CSP font.
    [100%] CSP font (upper & lower case).
    [100%] VGUI skinning/coloring.

    Work in progress:
    [50%] csp_inferno wireframe overview texture.

    [100%] New RADAR, circle, transparent with wireframe map overlay (ala killzone2).

    Ok, nice that you are back . Looking forward for the next update. If you are planning a new GUI please make it very simple and with low GFXs because of the memory usage. I count always on performance .

    PS: I very liked the old buy menu style from CS 1.5/CS 1.6.

    My current goals (realistically) are:
    Rebrand of the logotype that is more dynamic and better (I still have to talk to alex and so on, hopefully that goes through)
    • - Brand new GUI, fixed colors (blue'er, proper blue and all the shit, updated copyright date, YAY!)
      - Brand new HUD, scripted/font files fixed, new icons and overall fixed
      - Brand new radar concept (that will require coding so I can't just do that all by myself).
      - A new website design / forums integrated theme (that is if I can make sure I got a dude by my side to code it. Need to talk to alex about that).

    That's what I'm thinking about now... we will see how things go!
