Impulse Cheat

I have always wanted an impulse10X type cheat that can enable infinite ammo with no reloading and all guns/nades to equip yourself for practice.

Lol EA, he's talking about in SV_CHEAT 1 mode. This will allow you to mess around without having to restart the round, or "give weapon_TAKESTOMUCHTIME", etc.

This would be quite handy for prac, instead of having to do all the spawn item binds and stuff.

Added cheat cvar "impulse 102" for testing and practice (full health and money only)
Added cheat cvar "impulse 103" for testing and practice (full ammo only)

However I think that implies you still have to reload, so yeah another cvar which would enable unlimited ammo AND no reloading would be helpful. Also, do the two cvars already implanted include unlimited nades?
