your aim_map have no details or any goodlooking textures =( please read some tutorials about maping ;)

Your skybox is bad. You will see this picture. The bottom is bad.

a little tip, walls that are invisible for the player should have the yellow nodraw-texure to save fps!
for aim maps it's not very critical since those are small maps but for de-maps it's extremely important to make invisible walls undrawn to be not rendered and leave engine ressources to render the visible map...

This is my first time ever using the program, so i just made this basic map..
If one of you guys, could help me threw that would be great and i can start making some real maps..

the most of level designer read a lot of MAP TUTUROIALS before creating a map;) only this can help first time 8-) LEARNING BY DOING ;)

Cheer's, using the program yesterday was such a pain in the ass but after half hr later everything got so much easier its all about trial and error!
