Hello, allow me to go a little bit of my CS history.
I started playing during 1.3, casual pub style, then when 1.5 came out I tried to play it competitively. That didn't work out as I planned but when 1.6 was released I formed some teams back when CAL was still around and were sure-shots to go undefeated in open and get moved up. Problem was, one of my guys was caught cheating and the team fell apart. Fast forward a while and I met Jimmy Whisenhunt. Who was putting together a TX/OK LAN team, so we played Online and did Extremely well, and eventually went to Dallas for GLP. The out-come was a less than I'd hoped for. I dropped a 30 against some of Texas best players. But we still lost due to reasons I won't get into. As I was leaving people were asking if I was 'Ayers' (My last name, I used it during play there) I said yes and they said I was "impressive."
Skip ahead several months and now I've put CS on the backest of back-burners. But with the release of 1.07 and the announcement of GO I really want to get back into the competitive scene. I'm Mature, a 100% team player, I will help develop strats with your caller or anything else do be done. I don't get pissed at losses or deaths, I just want to help develop the best team possible.
I live in Houston TX, I'm 21 and I might be able to travel.
I have my own Mumble (VoIP like vent) and would love to be given the chance to warm up and try out.
Thanks.
