I don't really think that the white population is being oppressed by the blacks. I just heard it from my teacher and caused I did not believe it I asked.

It's basic history: since the colonial times, european countries incentivated people to migrate to colonies in South America/Africa. England being a country with a large population at the time, and that needed to get rid of the exceeding manpower and whatnot, was a nation that heavily incentivated migration. That's the reason you see tons of white people in all the "english-colonized" countries, such as South Africa or even the US (although these were mostly refugees from the English Revolution).

This also happens in other african countries that were colonized by the likes of France/Portugal/Spain, but in a tremendously lower scale, since the major part of immigrants from these countries went to their colonies in the Americas.

Im not sure if there still is a lot of racism but whites and blacks used to be seperated by areas before in South Africa, it was really racist country, I learned that back in the day at school ;D

That was back in the day when the Apartheid was still around there. I personally thought that after Mandela and all that they kinda eliminated racism from the country, but I guess you can't really eliminate stuff like that; just drastically reduce.
