Yea, it looks very tall and very skinny, maybe they'll fix him in the past I hope. :)

Very funny. Although it's sad you didn't even notice some incredible flaws I've noticed in the first 5 minutes when playing, like M4A1 Silencer spray volume which is sooooooooo slow compared to the one without Silencer. How the heck is possible not to see such issues in weeks / months and not to report / correct them ?
I understand the animations / models aren't so easy to correct / implement, but such bugs weren't present in 1.04.
Knife switch sound is terrible slow indeed, and obviously it wasn't like that in 1.04, where all sounds were well volume-wise.

Hi guys, i have a problem with CSP .
When i start CSP it's running, but when i connect to a server, it simply block, i open Task Manager and what i see it's Not Responding.
What i need to do, it connect to server, but i don't enter to the server, and the game block's.

P.S : And it's downloading some think, Source SDK Base 2007 - this might the problem, but i stop the download , i entered in game, and like csp it's block, and i need to restart my comp . HELP!

Remember, its still BETA, it has bugs, it needs tweaking and fixing, but thats the purpose of a beta!

Beside that, they will release updates more often from now on...so relax...everything will be fixed with time...
Be happy you can play it for now, make a proper bug report and help the devs fix the issues and csp will have a bright future :3

well, they have a modeller now, hope he can rework the models and maybe they can add the animations on top of those new models..

animations can be used for every model, they are not bound to the model!

as long as the skeleton is the same? the weird thing is the stick the T seems to have in his back (when holding a nade..) so it's not only the model (that was my point)

Damn mate, I understand it's a BETA and only a BETA, but fixing a sound file shouldn't take more than 1, maybe 2 days, and don't tell me they have seen this bug 2 days ago. It could have been fixed if they actually wanted to.
It's not a big problem that one, but it's annoying to see new bugs that weren't in the past, when devs can fix them in almost no-time.
Let's hope they will correct these problems in the next few months.

i dont think fixing the sound can be done in no-time, its a huge amount of work, and btw. the devs know that the problem exists...it will be fixed, they dont ignore it because its funny or whatever...

Well but I wasn't talking about the whole sound part, just about the m4a1 silencer slow volume. I don't complain the sound isn't as better as on CS 1.6, because indeed, to fix the whole this sound part requires a lot of work and time, but it's not nice when new bugs appear in newer version, bugs that didn't exist in earlier versions.

Take a look into the changelog. Many those post-OB bugs are still in. Like double step sound when bhop or double reload sound in spectator, etc.

Actually I'm learning some coding languages (C++ mostly), when I'll be ready to join I promite I will.
Didn't want to make this post as an offence though.

LMFAO hard. If you think some introductory course in C++ will give you Source Jesus status in CSP you are very wrong. It takes years to develop a mentality to code like a pro. But the fact that you are learning C++ I give you props. Good luck.

Excuse me, I didn't say I'll join the team this year or so, I still got many things to learn first.
And moreover, maybe I'll underestimate the team / they will receive this message like an offence, but if they were that good in coding, I think they were already working on big games companies and get payed very well, not working in their spare time for nothing. Well if they have already got a good job as coders somewhere but they are still wasting their time developing CSP, this is completely something else, and they should receive all our congratulations.

Maybe Richard will fix Tero for us ! :DHis position is named '3D Modeler' so... :) Also Redstar's position is called 'Sound Engineer'. You know what you can expect though.

They can :) New richyb is in and the 1st versions of all animations are done.

so Richy is working on the models? sounds great, you think that's meant for the patch as well? or fix the biggest bugs first patch and continue work on the models for them to be ready later?

He's not working on the player models. He's not a character modeler, he's more on the environment side of things. We wouldn't be looking for one otherwise.
