GUI console text selection problem

I just noticed that there are problems when selecting text in console:

Selecting writing text (http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/7185/selectwrite.jpg) - everything is fine here
Selected written text (unchangeable) (http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/4/selectwritten.jpg) - now I cant see a thing of what I just selected
Writing text selection doesn't go away when selecting unchangeable text (http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/1816/selectboth.jpg) - confuses a bit

First of all, that is the old GUI from 2007. This version I remade all the GUI from scratch way better and all the selecting text stuff is gone. Everything works fine now, you don't have to worry.
