My idea is to use the hands of CS: CZ with textures from CS: 1.6 in HD, since the hands of CS: CZ in case you have high quality. With the textures of the arm in 1.6 and some weapons, he would give that touch retro on CSPromod.

I think this arm in the CSPromod, having the Source engine would be very good, and have air between CS: 1.6 and CS: CZ.

PD: We also optimized the game more official to being a less heavy and less graphic quality.

Developers can't just take a textures or models from CS 1.6 nor CS:CZ it's illegal. Valve co. has rights on this material.
The future plan is that developers are going to make their own hands models + textures. Current state is that CSP uses CSS hands + textures.

Ya, the point that valve doesn't allow to use 1.6, CZ models sucks... About 1.5 I dunno, cause valve aren't supporting that game...

My suggestions about this would be to:
1. Create hands and weapon size the same like in 1.5 or 1.6 (but with much more polises).
2. Create textures what look like 1.5 arm skin and 1.6 gloves and put them on arms.
3. About weapon textures - well, I just hope they will look like 1.5 or 1.6.

But mostly I care about size. I don't like the way gun looks tiny in CZ. I hate that arms rotation in CSS is inhuman (we have bones you know...). I hate that arms in CSS are way too large. I hate that weapons in CSS are way too tin.

Not to mention those textures are quiet ugly by todays standards, they're not even close to the benchmark texture resolution either that CSP would be going for.

Yes but the position of the guns/hands/arms should be by those prioritys, source feels like if your arms are coming from your ears, after all thats all you see when you play. Have they done any modification to this matter yet?
