I can only tell you:
Join some servers, play with they guys on it and you will be better.
Playing daylie 2h would be a good training.

Some players (like me) will tell you some tipps about spots and sound.

night hawk .50c requires some skill with walking around and stuff like that

Deagle = Leet weapon

He's starter so he might use Usp... such as m4 and ak47... m4 for newbies and ak47 for leets :D
