But yeah, i have a feeling this game wont be too huge. Source has proved to us how important good graphics are. I think the game has potential to be moderately successful.

Title immediately reminded me of Tactical Ops. There was a fun game :lol:

Many free objects, loads of mess around, too complex models with "holes" /servers, etc./, Im sick of idiotic hostages, AFAIK Minh Le assisted/advise on Valves CS:S => he let Valve to change the gameplay, ...
Btw hypoteticly if I would release ANY pics of my upcoming game on Source engine, I would definitly turn on the settings on the highest possible => AA, AF, HDR :D

a new cs with new features, so cs gameplay with source graphics PLUS new additions
but i dont know how it would be

i first play csp than tactical intervention
i think they two will be cool
i play the game with the bigger community like in cs

Well this is his first baby project that isnt being bastardized by a company. Even though we all love CS, it wasnt what he wished to put out there, hence him creating this.

I cant wait, personally this game looks like it could be another tournament creating machine, so we shall see. [Time to go watch some gameplay videos again.]

I personally think Tactical Intervention will FAIL EPICLY.
However only time will tell.

But my thinkings are:
o) CS became popular through its simplicity, TI is way too complex(interactive hostages and animals)
o) way too much crap lying and flying around(just like CS:S barrels on d2)

Correct if I missed anything.
I'd prefer every version of CS instead of TI.

Maybe I'll fail epicly with this post but I don't really like what I've seen in vids.(except gfx)

It's outsourced to a Korean dev team, I really don't know they always seem to have cheap knock-off based on CS just like CrossFire is/was. We'll see what they com up with, for all we know it could be really cool :-)

Problem with Tactical Intervention is probably the guns; if you have a title that sounds like the game would be realistic, might as well have the correct animations for the guns (unless they do not want to pay for licensing, like CS). Hell, Modern Warfare 2 has bolt locking animations upon the emptying of a magazine.

tactical intervention will fail hard. they just seem to not be able to decide what the game should be. it's extremely fuzzy

how so :S lol? I still see it on Korean TV when I go and there's plenty of people playing it there. More so now than before.
I mean I thought it was pretty shit but that was completely my opinion. Doesn't make the game shit.

Haven't seen enough to form a proper opinion. It might turn out to be fun, you never know :)
