SourceMod Rockthevote issue

I moved the source mod plugin from disabled folder to the main plugin folder on the server. Restarted my server, changed the map and "rtv" still does not work for me.

Is it because I'm admin?

sm_admin etc.. works though (current map, etc..)

First thing check if you're rockthevote.smx is loaded properly

sm plugins list

If no then do a plugins refresh

sm plugins refresh

And check again

sm plugins list

If it is properly loaded you can check all available cvars for rockthevote.smx

sm cvars rockthevote.smx

You should get a list like this

sm_rtv_changetime 0
sm_rtv_initialdelay 30.0
sm_rtv_interval 240.0
sm_rtv_minplayers 0
sm_rtv_needed 0.60
sm_rtv_postvoteaction 0

At least this is my configuration that works well.
