Everybody gets 500 ping on my dedi.

Hey there guys I know what your thinking but dont draw any conclusions now :twisted: I have an excellent connection, 100/10 mbit/s Fiber.

The problem occurs whenever there is more than two players connected to my server, I am aware that this may be caused by something else than Promod (of course) but I'v hosted cod servers with no problem like this.


Please help me fix this so that I can provide you people out there with a good server! ^^

Windows xp x64.

4gb ram.
8800GTX.
AMD 6800+ 3Ghz dual core.
170gb 10 000RPM Raptor Hdd.
Some Gigabyte motherboard dont remember the specific name, dont think it should matter.


The FPS on the server is currently at 248 which I think is very low? Could that be the problem? Anyone who knows how I can get better server fps? (The limiter is at 300)

I dont really have 42mbit upload, its just that the threshhold that limits my upload to 10mbit/s dont kick in that fast ^^. I can have 100/100 if I pay a little extra in other words.



So I'v proven its not my internet connection. I dont think its my router since iv hosted cod servers.

Ehmmm, I dont know. Where do I find that? Or is that the stats that I start the server with?
